What we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the Service: your email address and password when you create an account, and the meetup details you choose to publish. When you contact an organizer or apply to a private meetup, we collect the email address and message you submit so we can deliver them.

What we never do

  • We never detect, request, or store your device location. Search is based only on the city and country you type in.
  • We never display an organizer's email address to anyone, under any circumstances. Messages and applications are forwarded by us; organizers choose whether to reply.
  • We never sell your personal information.

Private meetups

Private meetup listings show only general information (name, approximate city, type, expected ages, and activities). Dates, times, and addresses of private meetups are never published on the site — they are shared only by the organizer with people they approve.

Third-party services

We use OpenStreetMap (run by the non-profit OpenStreetMap Foundation) to display maps and convert typed city names into map coordinates. We deliberately avoid ad-supported map providers.

Data retention and deletion

You may request deletion of your account and any meetup listings you created at any time via the contact page.
