1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Trans Meetup (the "Service"), operated by Techfalos, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Trans Meetup lets anyone search for trans community meetups and lets registered users create meetup listings. Meetups may be public (all details visible) or private (details shared only by the organizer with approved applicants). Techfalos, LLC does not organize, host, endorse, or supervise any meetup listed on the Service and is not responsible for what happens at any meetup.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and when creating meetup listings. Account creation is limited to one meetup listing per day per user.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to post false, misleading, harassing, hateful, or unlawful content; to impersonate others; to harvest personal information; or to endanger any person. We may remove any listing and suspend any account at our sole discretion.
5. Safety
Meeting people carries inherent risk. Use your own judgment when attending or hosting a meetup, meet in public places when possible, and never share more personal information than you are comfortable with. You attend and host meetups at your own risk.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techfalos, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or attendance at any meetup.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
